The term ‘ShirtbyHand’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Overschiestraat 65, 1062XD Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Our company registration number is 50132245. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Our shirts range between SG$129 and SG$199 exclusive of delivery and all applicable taxes in Singapore. Payment for Goods can be made by various options such as credit card.
You acknowledge and agree that from time to time, some Goods on the website may be out of stock or and we may not be able to fulfill all or part of your order. If this occurs, ShirtbyHand will contact you within (5) working days to discuss possible variations to your order or the option for a credit note or full/partial refund.
At ShirtbyHand we aim to deliver your order to your door within 3 weeks.
While we will endeavour to keep to our delivery timelines, we cannot absolutely guarantee this for every order. As a guide only, our products are usually delivered within 3 weeks but may increase to 4-6 weeks during periods of peak demand, factory/fabric availability or extended shipping/delivery times. This could vary at times due to events beyond our control, such as Public Holidays, shipping/postal service obstructions or delays, political unrest, acts of terrorism or war, alterations in legislative and commercial regulations, worker or union strikes, inability of ShirtbyHand suppliers to supply goods, blockades stopping work, earthquakes and/or other physical destructions.
All our shirts are shipped from our factory to our Singapore location using DHL or a similar logistics provider and will be shipped to you using Singapore Post or similar, standard postal service. By using this delivery option, we are able to maintain our competitive price points.
Delivery of Goods will be to the Delivery Address you provide during the Order process. In the event you will require multiple delivery destinations, you will need to submit separate Orders.
If we are unable to deliver your Goods to the Delivery Address due to the size of the package, access restrictions or it is unsafe or impractical to make the delivery, our postal partner will attempt to re-deliver the package or will leave a calling card for you to arrange an alternative delivery time. It is your responsibility to follow the instructions stated on the calling card.
In the event your Order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery timeslot, at which point you may be required to pay additional delivery fees. You can contact our office by email at info@shirtbyhand.com with any queries you have on our delivery service.
We are happy to accept faulty items returned to us within 28-days of purchase and will refund your credit or debit card once the items are received and processed.
Any returns received outside this time frame may be considered at the discretion of ShirtbyHand, and may only be refunded as a credit against a future purchase.
Items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were shipped. They must be in an unused and perfectly saleable condition.
