Hier in onze winkel ontmoeten wij de klant persoonlijk en hierdoor zijn we goed op de hoogte van zijn wensen en verwachtingen.
Diana en Oezkan zijn een voorbeeld van hoe passie en toewijding tot succes kan leiden. Wij gingen in gesprek met de managers, die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de eerste ShirtbyHand winkel in Hamburg. - What has been the most rewarding part of running the ShirtbyHand store?
"Germany is old fashion in these things, just to have online business doesn’t look too serious for the clients. We won a lot of new clients and had direct feedback on the floor which is leading to better understanding in every respect quality, product, service and it’s helping the brand to improve. We managed our first year well although the market and many players suffered a lot."
- What are some of the challenges you've faced in opening and running the store?
"Managing the store starts with building a good team! Creating the brand awareness, convincing & winning clients, building trust are the steps to go forward."
- What are your hopes and dreams for the future of ShirtbyHand Hamburg?
"A healthy growing client base, maintaining a high level of positive reviews, and expanding into new locations in Hamburg and other German cities are all key factors in ensuring the continued success of ShirtbyHand."
- What is the most important detail for you in a made to measure shirt?
"For us, it's the perfect harmony of fit and quality. A tailored shirt should not just look impeccable; it should feel like a second skin, seamlessly embracing your unique physique. The fabric, the stitching, the construction – every element must converge in flawless unison to create a garment that exudes refined elegance."
