Is customer service still available?
Due to the situation, we at ShirtbyHand are also forced to work from home. We strive to maintain the high-quality service you are used to from us. We remain available by phone, email and of course easily via chat.
Is there a change in the delivery time?
All shirts will still be delivered to your home within 3 weeks. Once your order has arrived in Sweden, you will receive a track and trace link to track your parcel.
Can my order be delayed?
Right now, we are not experiencing any delays and our delivery time is still within three weeks. If this unexpectedly changes, we will inform you immediately.
Is the production of the shirts still possible?
All shirts are made in our workshop in Hanoi, Vietnam. As long as no Covid-19 cases have been reported around the workshop, the workshop may remain open. Our workshop is open and fully operational until further notice.
How do you deal with the health of colleagues in Vietnam?
As always, we have daily contact with our colleagues in Hanoi, Vietnam. Vietnam has introduced very strict guidelines for the control of the Covid-19 virus. The health of our employees is and remains the most important thing. We strictly adhere to the guidelines and advice from the local government. To date, all employees are completely healthy!
I have non-standard sizes. Can I also use the Smart Body Sizing method?
Our algorithm for the smart body sizing method calculates your dimensions so precisely that it offers a solution even for non-standard sizes. Still something you are not sure about? Feel free to ask us for advice via chat.
What is the delivery process?
We deliver your shirts with our partner DHL. Most orders fit through the letterbox. For large orders, DHL will deliver your shirts as a package. For more information about delivery, visit the DHL website.
Is it possible to contract Covid-19 from a shirt I ordered?
No, contamination via your shirt(s) is not possible. The virus can barely survive on materials such as cardboard, paper and textiles; it is not resistant to dehydration, heat and sunlight.
