Wir sind ein Label für maßgeschneiderte Hemden, bei dem der gesamte Verkaufsprozess online stattfindet. Der Verkauf erfolgt aber erst, nachdem wir den Kunden persönlich getroffen haben und seine Ansprüche und Wünsche kennen.

Die Verantwortlichen für den ShirtbyHand Flagship Store in Hamburg sprachen in diesem Gespräch über die Führung des Labels auf dem deutschen Markt, den Flagshop Store, was sie bei ShirtbyHand inspiriert und über ihre Erwartungen für die Zukunft.
Das Gespräch fand auf Englisch statt und wir haben beschlossen, es so zu belassen. Im Grunde sind wir heute eine globale Marke, weil die Erfahrung lokal ist.
Das erste Jahr von ShirtbyHand's erstem Store ist ein Meilenstein, feiert mit uns!
- What has been the most rewarding part of running the ShirtbyHand store?
"Germany is old fashion in these things, just to have online business doesn’t look too serious for the clients. We won a lot of new clients and had direct feedback on the floor which is leading to better understanding in every respect quality, product, service and it’s helping the brand to improve. We managed our first year well although the market and many players suffered a lot."
- What are some of the challenges you've faced in opening and running the store?
"Managing the store starts with building a good team! Creating the brand awareness, convincing & winning clients, building trust are the steps to go forward."
- What are your hopes and dreams for the future of ShirtbyHand Hamburg?
"A healthy growing client base, maintaining a high level of positive reviews, and expanding into new locations in Hamburg and other German cities are all key factors in ensuring the continued success of ShirtbyHand."
- What is the most important detail for you in a made to measure shirt?
"For us, it's the perfect harmony of fit and quality. A tailored shirt should not just look impeccable; it should feel like a second skin, seamlessly embracing your unique physique. The fabric, the stitching, the construction – every element must converge in flawless unison to create a garment that exudes refined elegance."
